Answers You Will Receive
when choosing Watch Dogs Home Inspectors

The Company...

1. Our inspectors have extensive experience in home inspections. Additionally, Watch Dogs has completed the industry's most comprehensive training programs through American Home Inspectors Training Institute (AHIT) and the National Association of Certified Home Inspectors (NACHI).

2.We always encourage buyers to attend the inspection. Buyers that attend have a better understanding of the property as viewed by the inspector and are better able to read and interpret the final report. The buyer's attendance also helps them understand the scope of a home inspection as well as the limitations.

3. An inspection can usually be scheduled within one or two days.

4. We offer fast, flexible scheduling to best serve your needs including weekend and evening appointments.

5. A typical inspection will take roughly 2-3 hours.

6. We offer Radon Testing with results in 48 hours. We also offer mold testing to determine if the suspicious substance is mold related as well as methamphetamine testing, and air quality testing.

The Report...

1. The inspection fees vary depending on the size and age of the house. Inspections start at low as $225. See the FEES page for a complete price list, or call our office at 435-843-0466 or 801-580-5551 for a specific quotation.

2. A full inspection covers the Site/Grounds, Exterior, Structural Components, Foundation, Roof, Systems, Attic, Insulation, Ventilation, Plumbing, Electrical, Heating/AC, Garage, Kitchen, Appliances, Bathrooms, and Interior.

3. Watch Dogs sends you an email with a link to your report for easy access. Included is a Report Overview that will let you quickly review the recommended improvements to the home, along with photos of these items. The report is narrative in nature so that you can read, in plain english, the results of the home inspection.

4. The home inspection report is emailed to you and your Realtor. We also include electronic photos of any problems or safety issues with recommendations for repair.
